In our User Management System, users are classified as either "active" or "inactive." This classification plays a crucial role in managing access to our institution and billing within your subscription plan.

What are Active Users?

Active users are individuals who have access to our institution and the courses assigned to them. They can:

- Access assigned courses and data: Active users can view all the courses and related data assigned to them.

- Access to the institution: They have full access to all available features and resources of our institution.

- Included in your subscription plan: The number of active users is typically a key factor in determining the cost of your subscription plan.

What are Inactive Users?

Inactive users are those who do not have access to the resources of our institution. They can:

- Cannot view assigned courses and data: Inactive users cannot view courses or data that were previously assigned to them.

- No access to the institution: They do not have access to the functions and resources of our platform.

- Not included in your subscription plan: Inactive users are not counted in the number of users of your subscription, which can save costs.

Managing Active and Inactive Users

Managing active and inactive users is crucial for efficient use of our system and your budget.
