This article delves into collecting custom user data using Fuxam, providing a seamless process to enhance your user interactions.

Creating Custom User Data

  1. Navigate to User Management: Head over to the User Management tab on Fuxam to initiate the data creation process.

  2. Add a New Column: In the top-right corner of your screen, locate and click on the "Create" tab and select "Column". This is your gateway to crafting personalized data fields.

  3. Define Custom User Data: Create custom data fields for users, for example gender and age. Tailor the information to your specific needs, ensuring a bespoke user experience.

  4. Expand Horizontally: Add as many columns as necessary. If your data collection becomes extensive, simply scroll horizontally to accommodate additional fields.

  5. Deleting a custom Column: To delete a Column, head to the Institution Settings within your Fuxam dashboard, select the User Data tab and choose the column you want deleted.


Viewing and Managing User Data

  1. Select User Name: Within the User Management tab, click on the name of the user whose data you want to explore.

  2. Navigate to Custom Data: Click on the "Custom Data" tab to access a comprehensive view of the user's personalized information. You can change separately edit a specific users information.


You are all set! Now, are able to both see and manage the user's data effortlessly. Make updates, analyse patterns, and fine-tune your approach for a more personalized user experience.
