Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available only if no trading activity has occurred after the account purchase.

  • How to Request: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fxifyfutures.com

  • Processing: Refunds are processed through the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions to Refunds: If any trading activity has taken place after account purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness and consistency across our services.

Account Cancellation

  • Post-Cancellation Implications: After cancellation, you will lose access to all FXIFY Futures services, and no refunds will be issued for any prior costs.
