What is an Account Reset?
A reset provides you with a new account that has the same specifications as your current subscription. It allows you to start over with a fresh account. Please note that your monthly subscription fee will still be charged on the regular rebill date, even after a reset.
When Should You Use a Reset?
If you exceed your Maximum Loss Limit during your challenge, your account is marked as failed and becomes ineligible for funding. A reset issues a new account, allowing you to continue your journey toward funding without purchasing a new subscription.

Important Note About the Sim to Live Plan
Resets are not available for the Sim to Live Plan, as it is a one-time payment plan. If you lose eligibility on this plan, you will need to purchase a new account to try again.
