Fyxer AI integrates with HubSpot to automatically log your meeting summaries, follow-ups, and key decisions as Notes in the relevant contact, deal, or company record.
This integration is available to Pro and Enterprise plan users and is managed at the organization level.

Who Can Set Up the Integration?
The HubSpot integration is managed at the organization level
Only Admins can connect or change CRM settings
Once enabled, all team members benefit - no individual setup needed
How to Connect Your HubSpot Account
Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Go to Settings > Integrations
Scroll to CRM, then click “Connect”
Select HubSpot and follow the prompts
Once connected, meeting notes and follow-ups will start syncing automatically
