This usually happens if a sent email is labelled “Awaiting Reply” or “Actioned.”
Fyxer AI applies categories to your sent items if:
You’ve enabled Follow-Ups
You’ve sent the email from a connected account
To change this behavior:
Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Go to Settings > Preferences
Scroll to your Email Categorization settings
Untick the box for “Awaiting Reply” and/or “Actioned”
Note: This won’t remove any previously labelled emails from your inbox - it only affects future emails going forward.
