Why are my sent emails appearing in my inbox?

This usually happens if a sent email is labelled “Awaiting Reply” or “Actioned.”

Fyxer AI applies categories to your sent items if:

  • You’ve enabled Follow-Ups

  • You’ve sent the email from a connected account

To change this behavior:

  1. Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard

  2. Go to Settings > Preferences

  3. Scroll to your Email Categorization settings

  4. Untick the box for “Awaiting Reply” and/or “Actioned”

Note: This won’t remove any previously labelled emails from your inbox - it only affects future emails going forward.
