Seeing your own sent emails in your inbox? This can happen if Fyxer AI has labelled them as “Awaiting Reply” or “Actioned”.
Why This Happens
Fyxer AI may categorize sent emails if:
You’ve enabled Follow-Ups in your Preferences
You sent the email from a connected Gmail or Outlook account
This helps you track emails that still need attention (e.g., replies from others or follow-up actions).
How to Turn This Off
If you’d prefer not to see your sent items in your inbox:
Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Go to Settings > Preferences
Scroll to Email Categorization
Tick “Awaiting Reply” and/or “Actioned” boxes
Once updated, those emails will instead land in their respective folders/labels.
