We want you to feel confident using Fyxer AI. If you’ve run into an issue, here’s how refunds work and when you’re eligible.
Standard Refund Windows
Monthly plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
Annual plans: Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you don’t see it in that timeframe, check with your payment provider or card issuer - they may add delays or fees outside our control.
When We Issue a Refund
You’re eligible for a refund if:
You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charges or a renewal after cancellation)
A critical feature didn’t work as expected and significantly affected your experience
You made a mistaken purchase, reported it within 24 hours, and haven’t used the service

Prorated Refunds and Plan Changes
If you cancel mid-cycle, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Prefer to switch to a different plan (like moving from annual to monthly)? Just contact Support and we’ll help adjust your billing setup.
A Note on External Fees
In some cases, your final refund amount may differ slightly due to:
Currency conversion
Bank or payment provider fees
We’ll always confirm what we’ve issued on our side, but we can’t control what your bank deducts.
