Standard refund periods

  • Monthly subscriptions: Full refund available within the first 7 days.

  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within the first 30 days.

Situations where we issue a refund

We’ll issue a refund if:

  • There was a billing error on our side (e.g., duplicate charges or a subscription renewed after cancellation).

  • You paid but couldn’t access the product or service due to a technical error or failure on our end.

  • A critical feature didn’t work as advertised, and impacting your experience.

  • You made a mistaken purchase, reported it within 24 hours, and haven’t used the service.
