How to set up Fyxer AI for your team

Fyxer AI isn’t just for individuals. It’s designed to power up your whole team. The more your team uses it, the faster it learns, picking up on the best habits across the group, without ever sharing anyone’s private inbox.

Currently, shared AI learning is only available on Enterprise plans. For Standard users, Fyxer learns only from your personal inbox and meetings. No team-wide knowledge is shared.


Step 1: Invite Your Team

  1. Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Team tab.

  3. Click Invite

  4. Enter their email address and choose their role (Admin or Member).

  5. Click Invite Users.


Step 2: Role Permissions

  • Admin: Full access to team management, settings, and billing.

  • Member: Access to their own dashboard, preferences, and activity - but not team-wide settings.


Step 3: Sync Email & Calendar

Each team member needs to:

  • Connect their email (Gmail or Outlook)

  • Connect their calendar for scheduling and meeting summaries


Privacy and Learning

Fyxer only learns from emails and meetings the user is part of. It does not access other inboxes in the team. Admins can exclude sensitive accounts (like HR or legal) from learning entirely by contacting support.
