Fyxer AI automatically groups users with the same email domain into the same organization (except public domains like Gmail or Outlook.com). This can however be turned off in your Fyxer AI dashboard.

Admins can manage team settings and integrations in the dashboard - Each user’s email and calendar remain private. Team members cannot see each other’s emails, drafts, or meetings unless explicitly shared.
Collaboration features – Teams can benefit from shared meeting notes, streamlined email workflows, and CRM integrations (Pro plan and above).
Custom roles and permissions can be set for Enterprise accounts.
