By default, Fyxer AI shares meeting summaries and recordings with everyone who attended the meeting - internal or external. If you'd like to keep meeting content private to your team, you can easily change this in your settings.
To stop automatic sharing of notes and recordings:
Go to Settings > Preferences in your Fyxer dashboard.
Scroll to the Meeting Notetaker section.
Toggle OFF the setting "Send call recording to attendees".
Click Update to save.
Once this is switched off, only you will see the meeting notes and recordings. You can still choose to share them manually after a meeting, but it won't happen by default.
This is especially useful when you're in sensitive client meetings or onboarding new customers.
