Fyxer AI can detect when you are trying to schedule an event such as a call, meeting, coffee date, etc., and help propose times it thinks you and your team will like.
How does Fyxer AI's scheduling work?
When someone emails to book a meeting, Fyxer AI checks your calendar and suggests times based on your availability and past scheduling habits.
It automatically identifies:
Who’s involved and the time zones
The requested meeting time and duration
Shared calendar availability (if applicable)
It then drafts a reply with:
Suggested time slots
Your wider availability
Adjustments based on your schedule and preferences
In Beta, Fyxer AI can include a personal booking link so people can schedule with you directly.
You'll also (depending on your settings) receive a private email from our Fyxer AI address showing you the times we proposed and any events you also have that day - just to give you an idea of what you're up to around those times, without you having to open your calendar!
The links are one-time use. Once someone books a time, we create the event and close the link. We only show the person clicking the link a set of times we think you'd like and are free in your calendar. We do not expose your entire calendar.
How to set it up:
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Head to Settings > Integrations
Make sure your calendar is connected (Google Calendar or Outlook)
In Settings > Preferences, scroll to Calendar Drafts and ensure the below circled is enabled
