Fyxer AI helps you book meetings faster with our smart scheduling links built directly into your draft emails, without needing a separate scheduling tool.
How Does the Scheduling Link Work in Drafts?
Fyxer AI pulls your availability from your connected Google or Outlook calendar and suggests ideal time slots based on your schedule.
The scheduling link appears automatically in your email drafts (not in sent messages).
The link is one-time use - once a recipient books, it expires.
Fyxer uses context from the email to determine the most appropriate time window and meeting duration.
Your full calendar is never shown - recipients only see times you’re available based on Fyxer’s logic.
Once booked, the event is added to both calendars and you'll receive a confirmation email.
You may also receive a private summary email from Fyxer with:
the times we suggested
your current day’s calendar snapshot
all visible within your email thread
What is the General Scheduling Link?
Your general scheduling link is a personal booking link powered by Fyxer AI. It lets anyone pick a time with you based on your live calendar availability. You can set the default meeting duration in your preferences, and use the link in signatures, email templates, or replies when you want to offer open availability - no draft required.
Rescheduling a Meeting
If someone books time using your Fyxer link and you/they need to reschedule:
Manually email the recipient to propose a new time.
If needed, paste your general scheduling link into that email so they can rebook
Cancel or update the original calendar invite in your calendar app to avoid confusion.
Time Zone Handling
Fyxer automatically sets your timezone when:
You first visit our website (based on your computer settings)
You connect your calendar (we’ll match your calendar’s timezone)
If you’re travelling or working remotely, Fyxer updates timezone settings for you automatically.
Troubleshooting Timezone Issues:
Check your Settings > Preferences in the Fyxer dashboard
Make sure your calendar is connected
Confirm your calendar app (Google/Outlook) has the correct timezone set
