Fyxer AI helps you book meetings faster with our smart scheduling links built directly into your draft emails, without needing a separate scheduling tool.
1. Scheduling Drafts (inline in your inbox)
Fyxer can create a draft reply that suggests times for a meeting, based on your connected Outlook or Google Calendar.
How it works:
Forward any email to ai@fyxer.com with the word “schedule”.
Fyxer looks at your calendar and the email context (e.g. “Can we meet this week?”).
It generates a ready-to-send reply with proposed times.
Key points:
Drafts are not sent automatically - you review and send.
Fyxer now suggests time frames (e.g. “Thu 1–3pm”) instead of rigid slots, based on real-world scheduling habits.
Availability is pulled from your connected calendar and respects your meeting hours and notice period (set in Dashboard → Scheduling Settings).
Longer slots first: Within the same day, Fyxer prioritizes longer meeting windows (e.g. 4:30–5:30pm) over shorter ones (e.g. 3:00–3:30pm).
Clean intervals: Only 15-minute multiples are suggested (e.g. 9:00, 9:15, 9:30), never odd times like 9:05.
Example use case: A client asks, “When can we talk?” → Fyxer drafts a reply offering 2–3 available time frames. You can hit send immediately, saving you time.
2. Scheduling Links (share your live availability)
Sometimes, it’s easier to let the other person choose. Fyxer can drop a scheduling link into your draft email.
Recipients click the link to see your live availability.
Once a time is booked, the link expires.
The link is the same as the one you can copy from your dashboard for clarity.
Pro users can toggle “Show all scheduling slots” in Scheduling Settings for full-slot visibility.
Rescheduling a Meeting
If someone books time using your Fyxer link and you/they need to reschedule:
Manually email the recipient to propose a new time.
If needed, paste your scheduling link into that email so they can rebook
Cancel or update the original calendar invite in your calendar app to avoid confusion.
Time Zone Handling
Fyxer automatically detects and manages time zones:
Based on your computer settings when you first connect.
From your connected calendar.
Updated dynamically if you travel or change time zones.
Behind the scenes, Fyxer now uses an improved process to detect your recipient’s time zone (via Google Maps + search data), so suggestions are more accurate - especially for cross-timezone calls.
Troubleshooting Timezone Issues:
Check your Scheduling Settings in the Fyxer dashboard
Make sure your calendar is connected
Confirm your calendar app (Google/Outlook) has the correct timezone set
