The scheduling link feature is turned on by default for most users, especially if you didn’t opt out during beta testing.
How does it work?
Fyxer will only insert the link in a draft when:
You have a calendar connected (Google or Outlook)
The link is included in the draft, nothing is ever sent without your approval
If you don’t want to use the link, just delete it from the draft
If your contact clicks the link, they’ll only see your available time slots
How to set it up/turn it off
Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Go to Settings > Preferences
Scroll to the section labelled Calendar Drafts
Toggle on/off “Use Fyxer’s calendar link to enhance scheduling”
Click Update to save changes

The link only appears if:
You’ve connected your calendar
There’s only one recipient on the email thread
I got an error saying the event wasn’t created - what happened?

Sometimes your calendar provider blocks third-party bookings. If that happens, the error email includes a backup link to manually book the time.
