The scheduling link allows others to easily book time with you based on your real-time calendar availability.
It’s included in some draft emails to help you schedule meetings faster.
How does it work?
Fyxer will only insert the link in a draft when:
You have a calendar connected (Google or Outlook)
There’s only one other person on the email thread
The link is included in the draft, nothing is ever sent without your approval
If you don’t want to use the link, just delete it from the draft
If your contact clicks the link, they’ll only see your available time slots
Why was it turned on automatically?
Many users found it helpful during beta testing, and the feature is now stable. To help more users discover it, we’ve turned it ON by default for anyone who didn’t manually update the setting during the beta phase.
How to turn it off
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Preferences
Scroll to the Calendar Drafts section
Toggle off “Use Fyxer’s calendar link to enhance scheduling”
Click Update at the bottom to save your changes
Now you can include your calendar link in emails, so contacts can pick a time that suits them - no extra coordination required.
Troubleshooting
It’s booking strange times - how do I fix that?

Check that your timezone is correct in Settings > Preferences. Fyxer AI shows availability based on your connected calendar.
I didn’t see the link in my draft - why?
I didn’t see the link in my draft - why?
The link only appears if:
You’ve connected your calendar
There’s only one recipient on the email thread
I got an error saying the event wasn’t created - what happened?

Sometimes your calendar provider blocks third-party bookings. If that happens, the error email includes a backup link to manually book the time.
