How to connect and customize Fyxer AI

To get the most out of Fyxer AI, you’ll want to connect both your email and calendar, then fine-tune your preferences. It all happens in your dashboard - no app switching required.


Step 1: Connect Your Email

  1. Log in at app.fyxer.com

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations

  3. Choose your email provider (Gmail or Outlook)

  4. Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize Fyxer AI

Fyxer AI uses your inbox to draft replies, label messages, and identify next steps, all with your review and approval.


Step 2: Connect Your Calendar

  1. In the same Integrations tab, scroll to Calendar

  2. Click Connect Calendar

  3. Approve access so Fyxer AI can:

    • Suggest meeting times

    • Add your scheduling link

    • Join meetings to take notes (if enabled). Fyxer AI uses your calendar only to suggest times and prepare notes. Nothing is ever booked without your consent.

Step 3: Customize Your Preferences

Head to Settings > Preferences to toggle features on/off based on what suits your workflow. Options include:

  • Email Categorization: Automatically labels and organizes your inbox

  • Draft Replies: Replies written in your tone, ready to review

  • Calendar Drafts: Suggests times and creates invites

  • Meeting Notetaker: Quietly joins meetings and captures key points

Other customizations:

  • Set your response threshold (how many drafts per day)

  • Add a signature

  • Turn on follow-up reminders

  • Choose whether calendar links are added to meeting invites
