Your preferences page in your Fyxer AI Dashboard is where you can control how the tool works with your inbox, calendar, drafts, and meetings - so it fits the way you like to work.
Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard > Settings > Preferences
Email categorization settings
You can choose which types of emails should stay in your inbox and which should be moved to folders or labels.
To show a category in your inbox: Toggle it ON
(E.g. '1: To Respond' stays in the inbox with its label)To move a category to a folder/label: Toggle it OFF
(E.g. 'Marketing' gets filed into its folder and skips your inbox)
These changes only apply to new emails from the moment you update the setting. Past emails wonโt be moved retroactively.
Draft Settings
When you get an email you need to reply to, we'll leave a draft response in your inbox for you to send or edit.
Fyxer AI does not send email drafts without you actually clicking on send.
Calendar & Meeting Notetaker settings
Meeting Notetaker: Toggle on to automatically have Fyxer join your calls and take notes (default setting)
Calendar Drafts: Allow Fyxer to suggest meeting times and will send you an event link based on your calendar availability
