Fyxer AI offers two ways to manage multiple email addresses, depending on what you need:
Connecting Another Email (Settings > Integrations)
This gives Fyxer full access to that inbox.
Labels and organizes incoming emails
Drafts replies as that specific address
Lets you send and manage emails from that inbox
Use this if: You want Fyxer AI to fully support another inbox - just like your main one.
Adding an Alternative Email (Categorization Settings)
This helps Fyxer recognize the email is still you (e.g. when CCing yourself).
Prevents Fyxer from drafting replies to your own addresses
Helps label these correctly to avoid clutter
Does not access or manage that inbox
Use this if: You email yourself or use a second address occasionally and want to avoid duplicate or irrelevant drafts.
A Note on How Replies Work
Fyxer always drafts replies from the inbox that received the message.
If someone emails you at yourname@work.com, your reply will be drafted from that same address.
