When you connect another email address under "Integrations", Fyxer AI:

  • Accesses and labels emails in that inbox.

  • Drafts replies as that address.

  • Allows full support for sending and managing communications from that account.

Use this if: You want Fyxer AI to fully support another inbox the same way it does your main one.

When you add an alternative email under "Preferences", Fyxer AI:

  • Treats emails from that address as still being you (to avoid confusion when you CC yourself).

  • Helps with proper labeling, so you don’t get replies drafted to yourself.

  • Does not give us access to send or manage that inbox’s messages.

Use this if: You sometimes email yourself or CC another one of your addresses, and want to avoid getting unnecessary draft replies.

Fyxer AI drafts replies from the email address that originally received the message. This means:

  • If someone emails you at yourname@work.com, your reply will be drafted from yourname@work.com.

  • We can’t draft a reply to a message sent to Address A that would be sent from Address B.

To manage replies from different inboxes, each inbox must be connected separately.
