Fyxer AI never sends emails automatically. All drafts are created for your review first - you choose whether to send them or not.
If you’re logged into your email on multiple devices (like your phone and laptop), you might see a Fyxer draft appear on both.
If you:
Send the draft from one device, and then
Go to another device that hasn’t synced yet,
It may still show the draft as unsent - leading you to send it again by mistake
This can result in the same email being sent more than once.
How to avoid it
Always refresh or sync your inbox before sending from another device
Check your “Sent” folder to confirm it’s already been sent
If possible, send from just one device once the draft appears
Are you using Apple Mail?
If you’re seeing what looks like sent emails but you didn’t send them, and you're using the Apple Mail app, here’s what’s actually happening:
Apple Mail often displays drafts as if they were sent emails
This is just a visual quirk of the app - they’re still drafts
The emails have not been sent, even if they appear that way in your Sent folder
Unfortunately, this is a known behaviour of Apple Mail and not something we can change. For a clearer Fyxer AI experience, we recommend using:
Gmail (web or app)
Outlook (desktop or web app)
These platforms show Fyxer AI drafts correctly in the Drafts folder.
