Fyxer AI uses thresholds to help fine-tune how your emails are labelled - making sure the right messages get your attention, while the rest stay out of the way.
These thresholds let you customize how strict or relaxed Fyxer is when deciding which emails deserve a draft reply or should be filed as marketing.
Response Threshold
Fyxer uses AI to analyze incoming emails and give them a score from 1 to 4 based on how likely they are to need a response.
1 = Probably not worth replying to (e.g. info-only or internal updates)
4 = Clearly needs your response (e.g. client questions, follow-ups)
If you’re finding that emails you’d usually reply to are being labelled as ‘FYI’ instead of getting a draft, try lowering your response threshold.
This tells Fyxer to draft replies more often, so you don’t miss the chance to respond when it matters.
Marketing Threshold
Marketing emails and newsletters can clutter your inbox. Fyxer uses a similar 1–4 scoring system to judge how "spammy" or irrelevant an email is.
1 = Very obvious marketing or promotional email
4 = Business-related or useful automated email
If you notice important emails are being filed into your Marketing folder by mistake, try lowering the threshold - this will tell Fyxer to treat more of those emails as notifications instead.
On the other hand, if your Notifications folder is getting cluttered with spam or promo emails, raising the threshold will help move more of that noise straight into Marketing.
