Do you need Fyxer to join a last-minute call? With our ad-hoc notetaker, you can add any Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link, and Fyxer will join to take notes, just like it would for a scheduled meeting.

What It Does

Fyxer joins as a silent participant to transcribe the conversation, summarize key points, and prep follow-up emails - even if the meeting wasn’t on your calendar.

How to Add an Ad-Hoc Meeting

  1. Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard

  2. Go to Meetings > Upcoming Meetings

  3. Click “Paste Meeting URL” at the top of the page

  4. Paste your full Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link

  5. Admit Fyxer AI into the call when prompted - and you're done!

Fyxer will quietly join and start capturing notes in the background.

Supported Platforms

  • Zoom

  • Google Meet

  • Microsoft Teams
