Fyxer AI now supports spontaneous meetings with its new ad-hoc Meeting Notetaker feature. Be it a last-minute Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call, you can manually add the meeting link and have Fyxer AI take notes and generate follow-ups just like it would for a scheduled call.

How to use the ad-hoc meeting feature:

  1. Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Meetings Tab

    • From the left-hand menu, click Meetings > Upcoming Meetings.

  3. Paste Your Meeting Link

    • At the top of the page, click "Paste Meeting URL".

    • Paste the full Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link.

  4. Fyxer AI Joins Automatically

    • Once the link is submitted, admit Fyxer AI into your meeting and it will join the call as a silent participant and begin note-taking.

Supported Platforms:

  • Zoom

  • Google Meet

  • Microsoft Teams

Frequently Asked Questions:

What if the link doesn't work? Double-check that the meeting is live and the link is correct. Make sure you're using a supported platform.

Can I disable this feature? The ad-hoc feature is manually triggered, so it only activates when you paste a meeting link. There's no risk of Fyxer AI joining calls automatically without your input.

Can I remove Fyxer from a meeting? Yes, just remove Fyxer AI from the participant list or end the call from your end.
