Fyxer AI aims to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. Below is a breakdown of which languages are supported across our key features:

1. Email Categorization

Gmail Users:

  • Fyxer AI works with all languages when categorizing Gmail inboxes.

  • Existing rules and filters are fully respected.

Outlook Users:

  • Fyxer AI only categorizes emails that are located in your Inbox or Sent folders.

  • We determine folder eligibility based on folder names. This means we only recognize Inbox/Sent folder names in the following supported languages:

    • English

    • French

    • German

    • Spanish

    • Chinese

    • Russian

    • Portuguese

    • Arabic

    • Japanese

    • Hindi

    • Korean

    • Bulgarian

    • Serbian

    • Dutch

    • Ukrainian

    • Belarusian

If your Outlook is set up in a language outside of this list, we may not be able to detect the Inbox/Sent folders correctly, which could affect email categorization.

2. Draft Replies

  • Drafting support is available in most major languages.

  • Fyxer AI learns your tone and communication style based on your sent emails.

  • Drafts may be less accurate for less commonly used languages, but we are constantly improving.

3. Meeting Notetaker

  • Supported languages include all those listed below:

    • Global English

    • Australian English

    • British English

    • US English

    • French

    • German

    • Spanish

    • Italian

    • Chinese

    • Russian

    • Portuguese

    • Japanese

    • Hindi

    • Korean

    • Finnish

    • Polish

    • Dutch

    • Ukrainian

    • Turkish

    • Vietnamese

Currently, most Fyxer AI training data is in English, so summaries and follow-ups work best in English.

Troubleshooting Tips

If Fyxer AI appears to be ignoring your folder rules, check if your Inbox/Sent folders are in a supported language.
