What to Write in Your Prompt
The Draft Prompt box is where you describe how you’d like your emails to sound.
You can include:
Tone: friendly, concise, formal, warm, no exclamation marks, etc.
Phrases to avoid: like “Hey” or “Cheers”
Preferred greetings: “Dear Sarah”, “Hi there”
Your sign-off: “Best wishes”, “Thanks”, etc.
Industry/brand voice: legal, investment, academic, creative, etc.
