If you manage multiple inboxes or need to work across different accounts, connecting a second email to Fyxer AI can save you serious time, without switching tools or losing your setup.
But it’s important to do it correctly so that everything stays linked and works as expected.
Important Note on Account Linking
Each Fyxer account is linked to one Google or Microsoft login. If you try to connect a second email by logging in with a different account, you’ll accidentally create a second, separate Fyxer account.
This means:
Your existing subscription and billing won’t apply
Your settings and preferences won’t carry over
Always log in with your original Microsoft or Google account when connecting a second email address.
Common Issue: Can’t Choose Which Account to Connect
Sometimes, Google or Microsoft won't show you the option to select another account when connecting. This usually happens if your browser remembered your previous selection.
Troubleshooting:
Sign out of your Google or Microsoft account in your browser before trying again
Or open Fyxer in an Incognito / Private Window and try from there
When prompted to pick an account, do not check "Do not ask me again"
Once you’ve done this, you should be able to choose the correct account to connect.
How to Connect a Second Email
Log into Fyxer using the same Microsoft or Google account you used originally
Go to Settings > Integrations
Click “Connect another email” and follow the steps
