Fyxer never shares personal emails, calendars, or drafts across users. Each user’s content remains private unless explicitly shared.

Emails and meetings remain private to each user
Admins manage team settings, not content
Nothing is visible across teammates unless purposefully shared
Admin Controls
From the Team tab in the Fyxer AI Dashboard, Admins can:
Invite or remove users: Admins can navigate to the Team Tab in Settings to remove members by locating their names and selecting Remove. Detailed guidance on this process is available below.

Managing Team Members
Step-by-Step Guide to Removing Team Members
Log in to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Access the Team Tab: Navigate to Settings > Team.
Locate the Member to Remove: Browse the list of team members to find the individual you wish to remove.
Initiate Removal: Click on the three dots next to their name and select Remove to revoke their access. Alternate Path: Another option is to navigate to the Seats section in the Team Tab, select Manage Seats, and proceed with the removal process. These steps should successfully remove the chosen person from your team. If you face any challenges, reach out to the support team for assistance.
Implications of Removing a Member
After removing a team member, their account and its association with your team workspace will be completely disconnected. This means:
They will no longer have any access to your Fyxer AI workspace.
They will need to create their own separate account if they wish to continue utilizing Fyxer AI for other purposes.
Note on Permissions
Only users with admin permissions are authorized to remove other users from the account. Members without admin access will need to collaborate with an admin if they want to adjust team settings.
