What Is It About?
You can define Custom Terminology to improve transcription accuracy. This is especially useful for:
Company or product names
Team or project acronyms
Industry jargon or technical terms
Fyxer will use these terms when generating your meeting summaries, helping with getting accuracy from the start.
Where To Find It
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Settings > Preferences > Meeting Notetaker
Scroll to Custom Terminology
You’ll see a field where you can add up to 100 terms.
How It Works
Add custom words or phrases one at a time
These should be terms that matter to your team, and may not be recognized by default
Fyxer will use these as reference points during transcription and summarization
Meeting transcript language must be set to English
You can update or remove terms at any time.
