If your meeting notetaker is mishearing names, acronyms, or industry-specific terms and your meeting summaries aren't as accurate as you'd like - Fyxer AI gives you a simple way to fix that.

What Is It About?

You can define Custom Terminology to improve transcription accuracy. This is especially useful for:

  • Company or product names

  • Team or project acronyms

  • Industry jargon or technical terms

Fyxer will use these terms when generating your meeting summaries, helping with getting accuracy from the start.

Where To Find It

  • Settings > Preferences > Meeting Notetaker

  • Scroll to Custom Terminology

You’ll see a field where you can add up to 100 terms.

How It Works

  • Add custom words or phrases one at a time

  • These should be terms that matter to your team, and may not be recognized by default

  • Fyxer will use these as reference points during transcription and summarization

  • Meeting transcript language must be set to English

You can update or remove terms at any time.
