Conversation View keeps your emails grouped together as threads. Fyxer AI relies on this to store your drafts in the correct place and improve response quality.
Gmail
To turn on Conversation View:
Open Gmail.
Click the gear icon in the top right and select See all settings.
Under the General tab, scroll to Conversation View.
Select Conversation View on.
Click Save Changes at the bottom.
Outlook Web (Outlook.com)
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right.
In Mail > Layout > under Message organization, select Show email grouped as conversations and Newest messages on top.
Click save.
Outlook Desktop (New Outlook)
Open Outlook.
Go to the View tab.
Check the box for Show as Conversations.
Choose whether to apply it to This Folder or All Mailboxes.
