Currently, Fyxer AI's labels are predefined and cannot be customised. However, you can work around this by:

Using Fyxer's System: Labels like "To Respond," "FYI," and "Actioned" are designed to streamline your workflow. You can choose to adapt your system to these categories.

Setting "No Label": If you prefer to use your own label system, you can set specific senders or domains to "No Label" in the Fyxer AI preferences. This lets you manually organise these emails without interference.

If you don't want to use labels altogether and keep your own, go to Preferences and toggle off "Enable email categorisation."

You can also - decide if you want certain emails to "skip" the inbox part of Gmail or Outlook and then just go straight into the folder (important still to check folders, just this helps with checking them less regularly
