The Gabb Phone 4 comes preloaded with many apps and customizable settings. This article is your guide to setting up and using essential apps on your Gabb Phone 4.

You can connect your Gabb Phone 4 to Bluetooth devices including speakers & headphones. Bluetooth can also be used to link the Gabb Phone 4 with the MyGabb app.

The Calendar app allows your child to create events & reminders for events.
Open the Calendar app ๐ on your Gabb Phone 4.
Tap the plus sign โ in the bottom-right corner, then tap Event or Task.
Fill out your event or task details, then tap Save.
Reminders

Use the reminder setting to set a reminder:
At start
One minute before
Five minutes before
10 minutes before (default)
30 minutes before
One hour before
Or set a custom reminder.

Use the Repeat setting to repeat events on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. You can also set a custom repeat schedule.

The Gabb Phone 4 has a 13MP front camera. This allows your child to take and share photos.
Take a photo | Open the Camera app and press the shutter button. The photo will be saved to your photo gallery. |
View photos | Open the Photos app. From here your child can view, share, or delete their photos. |

To adjust display settings, open the Settings app on your Gabb Phone 4, then tap Display. From here you can turn on dark mode, adjust screen zoom, wallpaper, & adaptive brightness.
๐ Dark mode:
Select Dark theme to set up a dark mode schedule if you donโt want dark mode on all the time.

Emergency contacts & medical information on the Gabb Phone 4 can be viewed by anyone, even when it is locked. To view this information, hold down the power button (bottom button), tap Emergency, then tap Emergency Information.

Tap Safety and emergency > Emergency information.
Designate an emergency contact. This contact must already be added to your Gabb phone.

Open the Settings app on your Gabb Phone 4.
Tap Safety and emergency > Emergency information.
Tap Add information under your childโs name.
Tap on the field you want to update, enter the information, then tap OK.

Tap Safety and emergency > Wireless emergency alerts.
Select the alerts you want your Gabb phone to receive.

You can customize your Gabb Phone 4's home screen by adding apps, folders, & widgets. You can place the app, folder, or widget anywhere on the screen, and they can be rearranged on a grid.

Move app on home screen | To move an app to a different place on your home screen, press & hold on the app on the home screen, then drag it where you want it. |
Create an app folder | Follow these steps to create an app folder:

Remove app from home screen | To remove an app from the home screen, press & hold on the app, then drag it to the Remove button at the top of the screen. โผ๏ธ This will remove the app from your home screen, but not from your device. |

IMEI number ๐ ๏ธ

The IMEI number is a 15-digit unique identification number for your Gabb phone. The IMEI allows you to connect the phone to Gabbโs cellular network.
You may need to provide us with your IMEI during certain inquiries. To locate your IMEI number:
Open the Settings app on your Gabb Phone 4.
Tap About phone. Your IMEI will be on this screen.

The Gabb Phone 4 uses the Gabb Messenger app for text, group, photo, voice, and video messaging. This allows Gabb to monitor, flag, & block texts that may be inappropriate.

To make & end a phone call:
Open the Phone app on your Gabb Phone 4.
Tap Contacts.
Tap your contactโs name, then tap the blue phone icon to place the call.
Tap the red phone icon to end the call.
Answer a call

Tap Answer to answer a phone call.
Decline a call
Decline a call
Tap Decline to decline a phone call. This will send the call to voicemail.

Dial *86 from your Gabb Phone & follow the prompts to set up or check your voicemail.
Wallpaper ๐

Press & hold on your home screen, then tap Wallpaper & style.
Select the photo that you want to change your wallpaper to.
Select the screens you want to apply the wallpaper to (home screen, lock screen, or both).
Tap Set wallpaper at the top of the screen.

Gabb devices connect to WiFi to deliver software updates and stream Gabb Music. Gabb devices do not connect to the internet, social media, or unapproved apps in the Google Play Store.

WiFi calling
WiFi calling allows your Gabb Phone 4 to make calls when no mobile network is available. Here's how to turn it on:
Open the Settings app on your Gabb Phone 4.
Tap Connections.
Enable the toggle next to WiFi Calling. ๐
