How does GPS location tracking work? 📋

Gabb devices use cell towers, GPS, and WiFi to track their location. The phone or watch receives signals from nearby cell towers, satellites, and WiFi routers, then uses this information to determine the location of your device.

Can I manually refresh my child's GPS location? 🔄

GPS location automatically updates every 15 minutes, but you can update the location manually at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to the MyGabb app on your smartphone.

  2. Tap on your device.

  3. Click Refresh button 🔄 in the bottom-left corner of the map. The location of your Gabb device will update.

When your child enters or leaves a Safe Zone, you’ll get updated every 15 minutes. You can also click the Refresh button 🔄 in the MyGabb app if you want a real-time location update.

You can set up a Safe Zone in a few easy steps:

  1. Log in to the MyGabb app on your smartphone.
