Overview
Your parent Gabb account has a four-digit Account Security PIN. The Gabb account and this PIN are initially set up when ordering from gabb.com or when activating your first device on our activation portal.
This security PIN provides additional security for your account. 🔒 Gabb Customer Support will ask for your PIN when you contact us for help with your account.
➡️ Your security PIN is also your transfer/port out PIN should you decide to transfer your service to another carrier.
Resetting your Security PIN
Follow these steps to reset your PIN:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap Account Information.
Tap Edit, then update your PIN.
