What is a Gabb security PIN?
When you set up your Gabb account, we'll ask you to set up a four-digit security PIN on your parent Gabb account. This security PIN provides additional security for your account by protecting your information and ensuring that no actions are taken on your account without your permission. 🔒
The security PIN is initially set up when ordering from gabb.com, or when activating your first device on our activation portal. Gabb Customer Support will ask for your PIN when you contact us for help with your account via chat or phone.
‼️ Your security PIN is not the same thing as your Gabb password. The security PIN is a separate four-digit code that you set up when you created your account.
➡️ Your security PIN is also your transfer/port out PIN should you decide to transfer your service to another carrier.
How do I find my Gabb security PIN?
Follow these steps to find your Gabb security PIN:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, then tap Account Information.
Scroll down to the Security Information section. Your security PIN is listed in the Security PIN field.
How do I reset my Gabb security PIN?
Follow these steps to reset your Gabb security PIN:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, then tap Account Information.
Scroll down to the Security Information section, then tap Edit.
Scroll down to the Security PIN field, then enter your new security PIN.
Tap Save Changes.
What if I forgot my Gabb security PIN?
If you forgot your Gabb security PIN, don't worry! When you contact Support, we'll ask you to confirm some of your account information.
You can also log in to your Gabb account and view your PIN by following these steps:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, then tap Account Information.
Scroll down to the Security Information section. Your security PIN is listed in the Security PIN field.
Can I add an authorized user to my account?
You can add up to two authorized user to your Gabb account by following these steps:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, then tap Account Information.
Scroll down to the Security Information section, then tap Edit. Scroll down to the Security Information section, then enter the name of the authorized user in the Authorized User 1 or Authorized User 2 field.
If you're having trouble adding an authorized user online, please contact Gabb Support.
Tips for adding authorized users:
You can have up to two authorized users listed on your Gabb account.
Only add trusted people as authorized users on your account.
Only add an authorized user if you need one.
If you share your security PIN or other authentication details, share them in a secure manner.
Regularly review your account settings to remove authorized users or update their information.
