Gabb Security PIN

Learn how to set up, locate, or reset your Gabb account’s four-digit security PIN. This PIN protects your account, is required for support and number transfers, and lets you add trusted authorized users securely. Step-by-step instructions included.

Overview

When you set up your Gabb account, we'll ask you to set up a four-digit security PIN on your parent Gabb account. This security PIN provides additional security for your account by protecting your information and ensuring that no actions are taken on your account without your permission. 🔒

The security PIN is initially set up when ordering from gabb.com, or when activating your first device on our activation portal. Gabb Customer Support will ask for your PIN when you contact us for help with your account via chat or phone.

‼️ Your security PIN is not the same thing as your Gabb password. The security PIN is a separate four-digit code that you set up when you created your account.

➡️ Your security PIN is also your transfer/port out PIN should you decide to transfer your service to another carrier.

Locate your PIN

Follow these steps to locate your security PIN:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Tap Account Information.

  3. Locate your security PIN in the Security Information section.

Resetting your Security PIN

Follow these steps to reset your security PIN:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Tap Account Information.

  3. Tap Edit, then update your PIN.

What if I forgot my Gabb security PIN?

If you forgot your Gabb security PIN, don't worry! When you contact Support, we'll ask you to confirm some of your account information.

You can also log in to your Gabb account and view or change your PIN by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Tap Account Information.

  3. Locate your security PIN in the Security Information section.

Can I add an authorized user to my account?

You can add an authorized user to your Gabb account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Tap Account Information.

  3. Tap Edit, then enter the first and last name of the authorized user.

Tips for adding authorized users:

  • Only add trusted people as authorized users on your account.

  • Only add an authorized user if you need one.

  • If you share your security PIN or other authentication details, share them in a secure manner.

  • Regularly review your account settings to remove authorized users or update their information.
