📍 How to Find Your Check-In Instructions (Desktop / Browser)
Follow these steps to view all arrival details for your booking:
Log in to Gable from your browser
Click your profile dropdown in the top-right corner
Select My Bookings
You’ll automatically see your bookings for this week
Use the filters at the top to find:
Upcoming bookings
Past bookings
Click on the booking title you’re looking for
This will open the booking details page with all relevant information for that space.
🚪 Where to Find Arrival & Access Details (Desktop / Browser)
On the booking details page, look for the Arrival Guide section.
Click the purple Arrival Guide box
You’ll find key information including:
📍 Address & directions
🚗 Parking instructions
🔑 Check-in details
📶 Wi-Fi information
Click into each section to view expanded instructions specific to that location

You can also access check-in instructions directly from the Gable mobile app:
Open the Gable app and log in
You’ll land on the Home tab, where you can see:
Today’s bookings
Upcoming bookings for the next two weeks
Tap on today’s booking (or the booking you’re checking into)
Scroll down to view:
📍 Address and map
🔑 Check-in instructions
At the bottom of the page, you’ll also have options to:
📞 Call the host
💬 Message the host
This is especially helpful if you need quick access while on the go.

Whether on desktop or mobile, you can contact the host directly if needed:
Email or call the host from the Arrival Guide (desktop)
Call or message the host from the booking page (mobile)
