How Hosts Can View Their Bookings on Gable

Easily access all past, present, and upcoming bookings from your Host dashboard.

📍 Where to View Your Bookings

To view your bookings:

  1. Log in to your Gable Host account

  2. Navigate to your Host Dashboard

Here, you’ll see:

  • Your earnings for the current month

  • Number of upcoming bookings

  • Same-day reservations

  • Any pending requests that need action


📆 Using the “Guest Reservations” Tab

Click on the Guest Reservations tab on the top navigation menu of your dashboard to see all booking activity.

This section includes six tabs:

Requests

See and take action on pending booking requests. Use checkboxes to approve/reject one or multiple requests.

Upcoming

View all confirmed future bookings.

Completed

Access all past reservations. You can also view payout amounts for each booking in the Total Payout column.

Cancelled

Shows bookings that have been cancelled.

Rejected

Displays any bookings you manually declined.

All

A complete view that includes every booking type in one place.


💡 Pro Tip

Keep an eye on the Requests tab daily to ensure you never miss an opportunity to accept a booking!
