📍 Where to View Your Bookings
To view your bookings:
Log in to your Gable Host account
Navigate to your Host Dashboard
Here, you’ll see:
Your earnings for the current month
Number of upcoming bookings
Same-day reservations
Any pending requests that need action
📆 Using the “Guest Reservations” Tab
Click on the Guest Reservations tab on the top navigation menu of your dashboard to see all booking activity.
This section includes six tabs:
Requests | See and take action on pending booking requests. Use checkboxes to approve/reject one or multiple requests. |
Upcoming | View all confirmed future bookings. |
Completed | Access all past reservations. You can also view payout amounts for each booking in the Total Payout column. |
Cancelled | Shows bookings that have been cancelled. |
Rejected | Displays any bookings you manually declined. |
All | A complete view that includes every booking type in one place. |
💡 Pro Tip
Keep an eye on the Requests tab daily to ensure you never miss an opportunity to accept a booking!
