Looking for a compliance flag instead? Built-in attributes like Whole Grain Rich, Buy American, or Flavored Milk live on the item's Attributes field, not as a custom tag. See About Items in Gaia.
1. To add new tags, type the tag name and click enter. To edit, hover over the list and click the 3 dots.
2. From here you can rename or delete the tag.
