In-App Messenger

The chat icon in the bottom right of the Gaia web app opens a direct conversation with the Gaia support team. Use this for questions about how to do something, suspected bugs, or requests for help.

What to Include When Reporting an Issue

To help support resolve your issue, include:

  • The URL of the page where the problem happened.

  • The school, menu plan, recipe, order, or other record involved.

  • A description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

  • A screenshot or screen recording if possible.

  • The time the issue happened, including the time zone.

Release Notes

Recent changes to Gaia are documented in Release Notes. Check there if a feature looks different from how you remember it.
