Deloads are only programmed when the Muscle Building Goal is set to Max Hypertrophy.

Deloads are essential for sustainable gains and avoiding burnout. Gainz + Gainz automatically programs deloads based on:

  • Training Experience: Adapts deloads to whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter.

  • Volume Thresholds: Monitors metrics like Maximum Recoverable Volume (MRV) to determine when deloads are necessary.

Deload Schedule:

  • Beginners: No programmed deloads due to lower intensity and volume.

  • Intermediate and Advanced Lifters: Deloads are automatically triggered when volume exceeds MRV, ensuring recovery and continued progress.

This approach ensures consistent gains while reducing the risk of injury or overtraining.
