The length of training cycles varies depending on your training experience and ability to recover:
Intermediate Lifters: Typically 6+ weeks, with a deload triggered when 50% of priority muscles reach their Maximum Recoverable Volume (MRV).
Advanced Lifters: Typically 4+ weeks, using the same MRV-based deload trigger.
