The length of training cycles varies depending on your training experience and ability to recover:

  • Intermediate Lifters: Typically 6+ weeks, with a deload triggered when 50% of priority muscles reach their Maximum Recoverable Volume (MRV).

  • Advanced Lifters: Typically 4+ weeks, using the same MRV-based deload trigger.

What Happens After a Deload?
Gainz + Gainz resets your training volume to your Minimum Effective Volume (MEV), then progressively builds it back up. This ensures consistent muscle growth while preventing overtraining and maintaining recovery efficiency.
