Hypertrophy Strategies
A Hypertrophy Strategy is a plan that outlines how each muscle group is programmed for training. Each strategy consists of one or more Hypertrophy Strategy Terms, which further break down the training details (ratios, sets, reps, exercises, etc.).
Add a Hypertrophy Strategy Location: Create and organize training plans for your muscle groups.Set up a new location to group muscle configurations, using an existing location as a template if desired.
Edit an Existing Hypertrophy Strategy: Adjust high-level settings for a location’s muscle groups.Update settings for muscle groups in a location, such as priority or reordering existing configurations.
