Chargebacks occur when an advertiser determines that your offer completion was fraudulent or that you did not fully meet the offer’s requirements.
If you receive a chargeback on Gamehag, the Gems associated with that offer will be deducted from your balance. If you have already redeemed a reward using those Gems, your balance may go negative, and you will need to earn additional Gems to restore your balance.
