⏱️ Transaction Confirmations & Timing
Once you send your crypto payment, we wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. The number of confirmations required depends on the specific blockchain network:
Bitcoin (BTC): ~1–3 confirmations
Ethereum (ETH, USDC, USDT): ~12 confirmations
Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, L2s: Typically lower confirmation requirements
You’ll automatically receive your Gold Coins (and any Sweeps Coin bonus, if applicable) once the required confirmations are complete.
⏳ For most supported crypto assets, this process takes around 1 minute or less, but can vary depending on:
Network congestion during high traffic periods
Low transaction fees set by your wallet or exchange
Block time differences between networks
You can check the status of your payment using your transaction hash on a blockchain explorer.
🎁 Will I Receive Sweeps Coins Too?
If your GC purchase includes a Sweeps Coin (SC) bonus, it will be delivered together with your Gold Coins after the crypto payment settles.
🔁 Redeeming Sweepstakes Coin Winnings from Crypto Purchases
If you purchase Gold Coin packages using cryptocurrency, any Sweepstakes Coin prizes you redeem will be paid out exclusively in USD Coin (USDC), regardless of the cryptocurrency used for your original Gold Coin purchase.
Example: If you purchased GC with Bitcoin, Solana, or USDT, your SC redemption will still be fulfilled in USDC.
We do not offer crypto-to-crypto conversions for redemptions.
This policy ensures faster, more secure, and compliant payouts for crypto users.
Important: Only send to a USDC wallet address on the Solana network. Do NOT enter a PayPal, Venmo or non-Solana address — funds will be permanently lost.
