If you have purchased Gamoteca Pro and want to change the method of payment for Gamotea Pro you should keep in mind that in order to do so you have to have one of the following roles in the team: Team owner, Team manager or billing admin.

If you’re only a member of a workspace working on game creation but have not any of the aforementioned team roles, then you don’t have access to any of the billing information.

To change the method of payment, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the name of your team which is located on the upper right hand side of the pag.

  2. On the new menu displayed, click on “Manage Team”

  3. You will be taken to a new screen where there are four tabs, click on the last one “Billing”

  4. You’re able to see your billing information at the top of the page

  5. On the right to the billing information, you will be able to see the “Payment Method”, if you want to use a new card, click on the “New credit card” and input the card information and click the save button.

If you rather invoice Gamoteca, click on the “Invoice” option and click the save button. You will be sent an invoice to the email address you provided.
