If you have purchased Gamoteca Pro and want to cancel your Gamoteca Pro subscription you should keep in mind that in order to do so you have to have one of the following roles in the team: Team owner, Team manager or Billing admin.
If you’re only a member of a workspace working on game creation but have not any of the aforementioned team roles, then you can’t cancel the subscription.
To cancel the subscription, simply follow these steps:
Click on the name of your team which is located on the upper right hand side of the page.
On the new menu displayed, click on “Manage Team”.
You will be taken to a new screen where there are four tabs, click on the third one “Plan details”.
Once you’re in the new window, you will see at the bottom of the page an orange “Cancel Subscription” text, click on it.
A new screen will pop up that will give you a review of your subscription plan, at the bottom of it you will have to type in the word “Cancel”.
If you’re sure you want to cancel your subscription, click on the orange “Yes, cancel” button.
