Let's take a look at creating new tags!
When logging into your gantterAi account and opening up your project, you'll be taken to the schedule page.
To start creating tags, you will need to press the board tab on the left toolbar.
Once you are on the board home screen, press the gray icon that says "Create Tag."
This will bring you to your new work tag page where there are many different features to customize your tag.
Choose a name for your new tag with a description for what this tag is for, along with making it a priority or milestone.
You can edit the name, make it a priority task or milestone, add notes to it. Set your duration, start, and finish time to your board. List certain skills for the assigned user or work team.
To save it, you can either “save in schedule”or “add tag”. Add tag will only save your tag and will not add it to your board.
You can then drag and drop your tag to the date you want it and commit the tag. Save and schedule will add it to your board and schedule the tag automatically.
Another way to create a new tag is by clicking and holding on the board. The date will automatically fill depending on the place you click on the board.
Once your work tag has been completed, you can double-click on the Work tag itself and click the mark as a complete icon in the bottom, right-hand corner.
The other icons on the work tag itself show your chains, schedule, and abilities as complete and verified.
These are all easy ways for you to update your work tag efficiently. By clicking the unlock button, you can unlock tags and edit them if needed.
