What is shown in your grid will be printed. If you would like to filter your dates inside the grid.
You can double click on the start or finish column and a key filter will appear.
You can also remove an already completed task under your view drop down menu.
In our calendar you will always have about an inch of space from the start of your calendar to the start of your first task.
This can not be changed, or removed. However you can change what prints in your calendar date wise by using the zoom in and out controls on your horizontal tool menu.
