Actual Start Date & Actual End Date:
As we know, the 'Board' tab has been introduced in gantterAi and file owners can create one or more boards in this tab.
The Tags and the Tasks already have the Estimated Start and End Date fields.
Now we have 'Actual Start Date' and 'Actual End Date' fields in both Tags and Tasks.
Actual Start Date:
The user can update the percentage of work completion in the 'Percent Complete' field, values between 1 - 100. (negative values not allowed)
As soon as the value is entered, the work is considered to be started and the 'Start Date' field is automatically filled with the current date/time as shown in the mockup. (This is a read-only field)
This value, if entered in Tag, is automatically reflected in Task and the Actual Start Date is auto populated. And vice versa is also true. i.e if the user enters the percent complete value in Task, it is reflected in the Tag.
Actual End Date:
Similarly, If a resource enters 100% in the 'Percent Complete' field, immediately the Actual End Date field is auto field with the date & time when it was updated as 100.
As mentioned in the above scenarios, the dates automatically reflect in tags and tasks.
