What should I go to unsubscribe from gantterAi™?
You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
Click on your profile information. This can be found on the top-right corner of the home screen when you click on your profile picture. From there you will be brought to a drop down menu, click on the "Manage Subscription" option.
Then you will brought to the subscription management page. From here click on the "Reduce" button.
Then from here you can do two things. You can select the number of licenses you want to reduce and then click "OK" to see those changes in your subscription reflected. Or you can click “Cancel Subscription” and proceed with a full cancelation of the entire subscription.
Once you have clicked on the Cancel Subscription option you will get different reasons to know why you want to cancel the subscription and then select the proper reasons. Please leave your valuable feedback so we can serve you and our other customers better in the future.
Then click "cancel subscription" again and click YES or NO to the following popup that warns you the action you are taking to cancel your subscription is irreversible.
Once the cancellation is completed you will get a confirmation message and you will be all set.
