Buy & Assign additional subscriptions:
1. Users would need to click on their profile information. This can be found on the top-right corner of the home screen when you click on your profile picture. From there you will be brought to a drop down menu, click on the "manage subscription" option.
2. From there the user would click on the "Buy More" button in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Then you will prompted to follow a series of 3 screens, first add in how many existing and additional licenses you would like then hit “continue to billing details”
6. Next enter your payment information and billing details if you haven’t already done so before and hit confirm payment. You will then be greeted with a payment confirmation screen to let you know your purchase was successful!
The following is the steps to assign a user to the licenses:
1. Users would need to click on”Manage Users” under their profile information. This can be found on the top-right corner of the home screen when you click on your profile picture.
2.Then enter the email address of the user you would like to add and click the '+' button.
4. Then click "Apply Changes" and your new license will be assigned and the new user will receive an email saying they have been invited to gantter by you. From here they can either login or register if they are brand new to gantterAi.
