In case a device is lost or stolen or a login is compromised, you have the capability to log out a user from Gardiant on all devices.
Go through the Admin tab > Users sub-tab > Edit the user in question > go to the Permissions tab on the user's profile > Force Logout On All Devices:
The following confirmation message will come up. Click Yes:
After using the Force Logout On All Devices button on a user's profile, the user will be logged out of the:
mobile app: within 0-15 minutes;
main app: within 0-15 minutes;
Word Add-in: within 0-15 minutes;
Outlook Send to Case: within 0-15 minutes.
Note: During the 15-minute window, the user being logged out could potentially still take actions they would normally take.
