  • Photos that show:

    1. The fault as clearly as possible

    2. Full-length photo of the item


Hold off sending your faulty item back to us until you've been in touch with our support team.

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
